We are currently building homes in Lake Royale which is located approximately 12 miles southeast of Louisburg. Lake Royale is a lake resort community conveniently located 14 miles from downtown Louisburg, 20 miles away from downtown Wake Forest, and 37 miles away from downtown Raleigh. But, why move to Lake Royale? Simply because it is one of the last few locations near the Triangle area where you can live in a resort community affordably. At Rhapsody Property Group, we believe in equal access to housing while enjoying the perks of lake living. The homes we build are the result of several years of design experience, planning, and eagerness to build hope by building homes. Our home plans range between 1,600 to 2,300 square feet heated space focusing on homes that do not require jumbo loans. We design our home plans to the best use of the space possible. We make sure our homes are built “tightly” for energy efficiency. Additionally, we focus on homes for multi-generational families.
